I am Libor. And this is my story.
Hi there, Nice to meet you.
Since you're here, it's only fair that I share a short, honest story about who I am. After all, you should know who you’re dealing with—and who you’re buying books and frameworks from. I’m proud to have been born in Zlín, Czechia—a small city that once began as a village and, thanks to Tomáš Baťa, became the world’s shoe capital in the late 1920s. His legacy left more than just a business empire; it infused Zlín with an entrepreneurial spirit and a belief in building a bigger, better, fairer, and more peaceful world. That spirit is still alive today and runs deep in my veins.
From a young age, I felt a powerful urge to create, build, and sell—leveraging my creativity and the network effects of the Internet. But my journey hasn’t been easy. My father was kicked out of his company, turned to alcohol, and nearly lost his life in a car accident. My mother lost her way, too. I grew up in a dysfunctional family with little money and no vision for the future. (Ultimately, my parents made it and are still together today).
Those were tough times—but also defining ones. After one fierce night of my parents fighting, I made a decision: I’d stop relying on anyone else and start taking care of myself. I began writing and exploring new ideas.
I read obsessively. While others partied and numbed themselves with alcohol, I hit the gym, read more, wrote more, and started new projects and businesses. Don’t get me wrong—I’m no genius. I’m visionary, sure, but not a prodigy. I result from relentless self-improvement and a refusal to accept the status quo.
I’ve failed. Many times. I’ve miscalculated products, services—even entire businesses. I’ve teamed up with the wrong people, made bad bets, and nearly gone bankrupt more than once. But I regret nothing. The number of successes is directly proportional to the number of failures and how many times you’re willing to get back up, brush off the dust, and move forward.
By most definitions, I’d be called a serial entrepreneur. But more than that, I’m a man of values. I’ve built my life around self-discipline, honesty, bravery, and justice. I’m driven by goals, grounded in empathy, and uncompromising regarding truth and purpose.
All my workbooks, research, and frameworks are deeply rooted in psychology and communication, where I hold degrees. That foundation shapes my purpose-driven and mission-led companies and investments.
The world, shaped by humans, is already complex enough. My mission is to simplify business and branding. I break down complicated concepts into clear, practical language that helps you grow as a brand, a company, and a human being.
See you inside.
Be brave.
